With the exception of table reservations via Dinnerbooking, we generally collect your personal information directly from you in connection with you contacting us.
Restaurant Fauna collaborates with Dinnerbooking, which manages table reservations for Restaurant Fauna. Dinner booking is a reservation system for restaurants used in countries all over the world. When you want to make a reservation, this is basically done by creating a profile on Dinnerbooking’s website, where you provide a number of personal information. When you book a table for Restaurant Fauna via Dinnerbooking, it therefore means that we receive the relevant contact information and information about the table reservation from Dinnerbooking, so that we have the opportunity to manage your table reservation.

If you book a table directly with Restaurant Fauna, we create the reservation in Dinnerbooking on your behalf, which means that if you do not already have a profile in Dinnerbooking, you will be created with a profile in Dinnerbooking. In this connection, we register your contact information, as well as other information you provide, in Dinnerbooking. If you have previously booked a table via Dinnerbooking for Restaurant Fauna, we can see your previous reservations.
THE PURPOSE OF TREATING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The personal information you provide in connection with the creation of a user on Dinnerbooking will be deleted in accordance with Dinnerbooking’s privacy policy. Restaurant Fauna can see your previous reservations in Restaurant Fauna, as long as you retain a user at Dinnerbooking.
The information you provide to us per. mail, we keep as long as there is a valid purpose for this. We have established a number of procedures for deleting your personal information.
SAFE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
